Terms And Conditions Of Purchase
Reservations & Deposits: A 50% deposit per person is required within five (5) business days of each reservation. No reservation can be held without deposit. Final balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the event. Early reservations are recommended due to the limited number of packages available.
Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. All additional payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any unused portions of the package. TopCentre Ticket Service shall not be responsible for providing unclaimed packages or portions of packages due to cancellations or postponement of a certain event. Top Centre Ticket Service shall not be responsible for accommodations or transportation beyond the scheduled date of that certain event. Top Centre Ticket Service reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal status and alter itinerary. Top Centre Ticket Service reserves the right to cancel any reservation and will remit a full refund to the cancelled party.
Additional Requirements: Names must be provided to Top Centre Ticket Service no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event for rooming list and voucher purposes. Valid driver license and valid major credit card may be required by hotels for incidental purposes.
Responsibility/Limitations: TopCentre Ticket Service is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services which are not directly supplied by this company such as hotel accommodations, group transportation, meals, tours, event tickets and cruises. This company therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions of omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the company's control.
By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, vouchers, or booking after issuance shall constitue a consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions or group members.
The client, by engaging the company and making deposit and/or full payment for the package arrangement specified, acknowledges the position of the company as stipulated by the foregoing, and agrees to hold the company blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, provided same shall be made through generally acceptable suppliers at the time of engagement, and further agrees that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly for the suppliers. The client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour and services as set forth by the suppliers. Rates are subject to change without notice. All taxes and gratuities are included in all packages. Package and event tickets are subject to availability.
All terms and conditions as stated shall remain in force, unless otherwise agreed in advance by documentation or contract approved by an officer of Top Centre Ticket Service.
